Yoga with Kristen

At a time of so much uncertainty Yoga can bring about an internal steadiness, a feeling of calm. To develop a sound yoga practice we need to look at actualising two qualities, in Sanskrit these are 'sthira' and 'sukha'. These are translated as steady alertness and the lightness and comfort of being. As we become familiar with the position of an asana, allow space for good quality breathing and move into a more aligned state through regular practice; we build a foundation to explore these qualities and experience the inner balance they bring. YOGA WITH KRISTEN begins this Friday, September 1st, welcoming in Spring and the energy it brings. Open to all with an emphasis on making yoga accessible while finding ways to challenge ourselves as we build an integrated practice.

Today, with a rich blend of traditional practices and years of teaching, my main goal is to help you in finding your own unique path. Together, we explore various ways of working in an easeful and collaborative way, connecting with areas that need attention, unfolding authenticity with a practice that serves your best life.

Mevlana Hall - Tuesdays and Fridays at 7 - 8.30am. Yoga props available, you are welcome to bring your own mat. Cost : $25 per session, $90 for 4 sessions to be used in one month. Contact Kristen on 0410 699 766
