Our History
Osho Mevlana Foundation was set up in April 1997 as the governing body that built Mevlana Hall within the Melaleuca Properties residential community. The hall opened in 2000 and has hosted many groups and events in the 23 years it has been open.
The hall was purpose-built with a generous donation from a benefactor to provide a space for community and the expansion of human consciousness in line with the vision of the contemporary mystic Osho. The intention is to encourage and facilitate workshops and meditations that provide people with a place for transformation.
While the Foundation and Melaleuca Properties are two separate entities, they have a mutually beneficial working relationship that seeks to create a vibrant and abundant community with residents and invited guests enjoying the riches that the events at the hall provide.
